Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis is an integral part of your Ayurvedic Consultation with Dr. Mary Jo Cravatta.  With her ability to do Distance Pulse, it is possible to have your appointment either in person, or on the phone or Skype.

Dr. Cravatta first began her study of Ayurveda in 1979. She then went on to study Chiropractic. She graduated Magna cum Laude in 1987. It was just a few months later in January 1988 that she was fortunate to learn Pulse Diagnosis or Nadi Vigyana from a monk who had studied pulse with an incredible Ayurvedic Vaidya in India. She immediately recognized that she had a special talent in feeling Ayurvedic Pulse. Her abilities with pulse have continued to expand over the years. Her advanced proficiency allows her to discover the deeper underlying imbalances that are affecting your state of health and well being.

She has cognized many layers in the pulse. One of them indicates what Chakra you are working in this life. Another is the Kosha that affects this Chakra. Together they allow Dr. Cravatta to have an understanding of what your life lessons are. This facilitates an easier understanding of why your life has unfolded in the way that it has.

An ayurvedic consultation with Dr. Mary Jo Cravatta is based on the ancient knowledge of Shaktiveda Ayurveda. All aspects of your life have influenced the health of your body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

She has been given the siddhi to practice long distance pulse, which allows her to be very effective through phone ayurveda consultation.

Dr. Cravatta began her study of Ayurveda in 1979 – out of a desire to enhance the benefits of her Meditation and Yoga practice. She had started learning Yoga in the early 1970’s. With her many years of living a balanced lifestyle, her clarity allows her to have enhanced intuition. This facilitates her ability to choose the right treatment plan for your individual needs. Your treatment may include: ayurveda herbs, lifestyle advice, dietary information, variety of cleansing techniques, along with an insight into what may be holding you back from experiencing the Joy that can be in Life.

Dr. Mary Jo Cravatta, a Chiropractor, began her study of Ayurveda in 1979. She is a renowned master of Pulse Diagnosis or Nadi Vigyan – Knowledge of the subtle energies. Having taken over 45,000 pulse readings she is highly skilled in this delicate art. She has been given the siddhi to be able to practice Long Distance Pulse. This allows her the ability to effectively do phone consultations. With her ability to feel the pulse long distance, she has phone patients throughout the United States and in many countries around the world. She is currently seeing patients in-person in Berkeley and Grass Valley, CA. Many have experienced the Long Distance Pulse with Dr. Cravatta and have realized the benefits and effectiveness of this method of doing consultation. You may choose to have your consultation with Skype which adds to the richness of the experience.

Dr. Cravatta is well known for her Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis Course and has trained a vast number of practitioners in this ancient healing Art. With her ability to do the long distance pulse, she has had many of her students who live in other areas Internship with her. This allows them to gain a deeper sense of what their client needs to bring true balance.

There is a layer in the Ayurvedic Pulse that allows Dr. Cravatta to know what Chakra and Kosha you are working on. This will give you insight into your main Life Lessons – and therefore be better able to consciously work on those aspects of yourself that are holding you back from experiencing the Joy that Life has to offer.

During your appointment, Dr. Cravatta will ask you questions concerning your health concern, your digestion, your sleep, your diet, your overall emotional well being, past health issues, etc. Then she will feel your pulse. With the knowledge from your pulse, she will be able to set up a healing program that is individually designed for you and your lifestyle. With her refined intuition, she will be able to determine the best approach for you to be able to make progress towards a state of wellness.
